Flashback 30 years. Democrats didn't want to act to increase oil production and any alternatives because "that stuff wouldn't effect us for decades."

Flash forward 3 decades: We are hearing the same rhetoric from democrats. The definition of insanity is to repeat the same exact process and expect different results. These Democrats would like us to get used to $6 a gallon gas and then a few decades from now be blaming someone about $15 a gallon gas instead of looking at the true reason.

INACTION.

Will the Democrats ever learn.

As many of you have come to love the Ted-E-Kennedy Bear available at my shop, Jack Daniels Lawyers have written and asked me to take down the item. Unfortunately I must, this regular workin Joe can't afford a legal fight against a mega company, but why the hate against the Ted-E? Just look at it: What is not to love? The brand message is spectacular. Maybe I should get hired for marketing.

Tony Snow, You Will Be Missed.

It touched me very much watching this past weekend about the passing of Tony Snow to colon cancer. As I am in the process of losing a family member to cancer, it really rings true about the outlook that Tony had along with the member of my family whom I have lost.

Tony had said that in his life and death batlle with cancer, he solely focused on the life part of that battle. It taught Tony what to be thankful for and to not miss a moment because you may not ever have that chance ever again. It goes right along with my family member who said "remember the good times, and make new ones."

I will, and wherever you are now I love you. Oh, and I miss you too Tony, politics will not be as fnu without you.
